At Kels Jewelry, we offer three categories of jewelry to accommodate different timelines and customization needs. Please review the details below to better understand our production and shipping timeframes so expectations are clear.
Typical Production Time
Ready-to-Ship: 1–2 business days
Curated Collection: 2–20 business days
Custom Designs: 3–20 business days
Shipping time begins after production is completed.
Production & Shipping Timelines
1. Ready-To-Ship (Fastest Option)
Completed designs that ship within 24–48 hours when ordered before 12 PM EST (excluding weekends and holidays). Only items in the Ready-To-Ship collection qualify.
2. Custom & Made-to-Order Designs
Includes our collections
Production time: 3–20 business days. *usually ships sooner
3. Curated Collection (Most of Our Jewelry)
Includes most of the jewelry on our website. These are regular or classic designs that are not listed in the Ready-To-Ship collection. While the base design already exists, each piece is prepared, customized, and finished after your order is placed.
Production time: 2–20 business days. *Many orders ship sooner depending on inventory availability. Contact our team if you have questions.
Rush Orders/Need-By Date:
If you need your jewelry by a specific date, please leave a note at checkout or contact support@kelsdiamondjewelry.com before purchasing. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but rush delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Important: If you require next-business-day shipment, please purchase only from our Ready-To-Ship Collection.
RING SIZING & STONE CHANGES
Many in-stock rings are crafted in size 6 with Lab Grown diamonds. If a different size or stone type is requested, please allow 3–20 business days for resizing or remaking.
DELIVERY TIMES
United States: 3–6 business days (USPS)
Canada: 5–10 business days (USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx)
International: 7–15 business days (USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx)
Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

HOLIDAY SHIPPING
Orders placed during the holiday season may require additional production time.
Shipping carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and USPS may experience delays outside of our control.
We always do our best to accommodate delivery requests and appreciate your patience during peak periods.
EXPEDITED ORDERS
If you need your order by a specific date:

• Leave your requested deadline in the order notes

Expedited service allows us to prioritize production, but it does not eliminate the production time required for handcrafted jewelry.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To initiate a return or exchange, please use our self-service return option through your account under Order History.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
