• Undamaged
• In its original condition and packaging

Approved returns are issued as store credit.

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges because they are custom-made or specially prepared for your order:

• Personalized or engraved pieces
• Real gold and platinum jewelry
• Made-to-order items
• Flash Sale or Clearance items

Because these pieces are crafted specifically for you, orders cannot be returned due to incorrect size or design selection. Please double-check all details before placing your order.
